2. Account Registration & Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate contact information including name, email address, and billing details. Maintaining updated account information and securing login credentials is the customer's responsibility.

Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Payments & Renewals

All services are prepaid. Customers are responsible for renewing services before expiration.

Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of services. Smart IT Host is not responsible for data loss resulting from unpaid or expired services.

4. Late Payments

Accounts may be suspended if payment is not received on time. Long overdue accounts may be permanently terminated.

Customers are strongly advised to renew services before expiration.

5. Third‑Party Software & Technologies

Smart IT Host may utilize third‑party software, platforms, server technologies, and licensed tools to provide services.

Such software operates under the respective vendor's licensing terms and policies. Customers agree to comply with those terms. Smart IT Host is not responsible for third‑party software changes, limitations, or discontinuation.

6. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, malware, or illegal activities
• Adult or pornographic content
• Pirated software or copyright infringement
• Spam or unauthorized email marketing
• Proxy or anonymizer services
• Excessive server resource usage

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Backup & Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. While periodic backups may be performed, Smart IT Host does not guarantee backup availability.

Smart IT Host is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Refund and cancellation conditions are governed by our Refund Policy. Policy violations void refund eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smart IT Host shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruption
• Third‑party software issues
• Customer misconfiguration
• Financial or business losses

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Legal Compliance

Customers must comply with all applicable local and international laws. Smart IT Host may cooperate with law enforcement if required.

11. Service Suspension or Termination

Smart IT Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice for:

• Policy violations
• Spam or abuse
• Security risks
• Unethical or illegal behavior
